Founded in 2003, by Michael, Deborah, and their son Mike (JR); AKSS has spent years perfecting their products which started out as an old Alaskan recipe called “Spicy Salmon” on the Kenai River. It was voted by Alaskans’ as "Grand Champions, Best in Show, Division Champs and 1st Place," during the 2002 Fur Rondy and State Fair. It was also, award winning in the world class “2004 Symphony of Seafood” event held in Chicago, IL. and Anchorage, AK. It is known to be one of Alaska’s niche favorites.
With chunks of "Wild" Alaskan Salmon, Smoked or un-smoked, fused with our own unique Salsa sauce recipe this product comes ready to eat right out of the jar. It is so versatile, it mixes with your favorite cream cheese for a dip; flake up in sauce and pour over rice or pasta; a few ounces on an omelet, or with any other meal ideas you can think of.
